Backing on to the Humber river, this stunning home transformation combines traditional and modern elements all in one.  Inspired by their European travels, the couple incorporated real limestone on the exterior, Juliette balcony details and crown molding inside.   Their modern sensibilities include high ceilings with expansive views of the water from the rear of the home, and high tech elements such as tesla power walls, back up generators powered by solar panels on the roof, and zoned in-floor radiant heat on every floor.  Unique elements include a fully-soundproofed basement “jam” room where the musicians in the family can play freely, and a custom-built sauna with seating for the entire family.
