This Kingsway home underwent a complete interior and exterior transformation, with a full gut and rear addition.  The exterior was clad with wood Tudor trim in keeping with the neighborhoods with the beautiful addition of natural limestone to replace the brick facade.  The home is finished inside with wide plank white oak floors and a honed marble checkerboard tile in the foyer.  The home features design details such as a leathered kitchen counter in stunning black, arches throughout the home, and a moody color palette in the office, mudroom and powder room.  Use of wall-paper in specific areas elevated the home’s design.  Custom cabinetry throughout provides ample storage for this family.
