As a homeowner, your personal portal gives you access to daily progress logs, schedule information, your upcoming decision list and budget status.

How Our Construction Process Works for Your Renovation Project
We follow a detailed step-by-step process to build truly personalized and immaculate custom homes. During your luxury custom home-building project, your project team will follow these steps:

Assessment: Share your vision, your dreams and your fears with us during your initial consultation & site visit. We will gather all of your information to determine if your project’s goals, design style and budget are in alignment.

Design: Working with our team, your idea will go from concept to final drawings. Along the way we will ensure the design & scope continues to be aligned with your overall budget target.

Pre-Construction: During this phase we will engage material suppliers & sub-trades, and guide you through making final design decisions and selections so that we can put together a final scope of work, a firm timeline and budget for construction.

Construction: Now that the construction scope & cost has been signed off by you, Glenaden Homes will begin construction and take your project from idea to reality. Your personal homeowner portal gives you access to daily progress logs, schedule information and project cost tracking.

Move In & Warranty Period: Upon completion of construction, our Project Manager and Site Supervisor will walk you through the home and make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. We aim to complete any deficiencies within 45 days of move in. Following this, your warranty period begins. We back all of our workmanship with a 2-year warranty.
